TURN AROUND TIME
My current turn-around time is about 5 business days (depending on how many orders I have, sometimes sooner!). Please let me know if you need your order fast-tracked and I will do my best!
MATERIALS
All earrings are made with a high quality hypo-allergenic surgical steel which is manufactured in Australia. I do have Sterling Silver available if you would like, so please contact me if you want to upgrade to this material for a small fee.
POSTAGE
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
I pack my earrings carefully, but there are sometimes breakages due to the postal service being a bit too rough. Let me know as soon as your earrings arrive if they are broken and I can process a refund or a replacement for you immediately, as long as you send me a photo of your broken item!
In the rare occasion I have messed something up, I will do my best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

We allow our customers to choose what kind or postal service they would like to receive, and postage prices differ between each service. Standard postage through Sendle is $7.50 flat-rate through Australia, or $10 flat-rate if you would like us to post through Australia Post.Â
If you want express shipping through Australia Post, it is $14 flat rate shipping, but please note this only speeds up the shipping process - my turn around time stays the same!
Purchases within Australia above $75AUD receive complimentary shipping automatically.
