How Will My Order Be Packed?
Amazingly gorgeously, of course! All orders are posted in a beautiful pink gift box, tied with a pretty satin ribbon, and then in a re-usable compostable mailing bag.
Who Do You Ship Through?
I choose to ship through Sendle or Australia Post (primarily for overseas and regional domestic areas). If you have no idea which option best suits you, we've got an explanation available here
How Much is Postage In Australia?
We allow our customers to choose what kind or postal service they would like to receive, and postage prices differ between each service.
If you want express shipping through Australia Post, it is $14 flat rate shipping, but please note this only speeds up the shipping process - my turn around time stays the same!
Purchases within Australia above $75AUD receive complimentary shipping automatically.
Do You Offer Free Postage?
Absolutely!! We get that postage costs are high, and we know you would much rather spend your money on earrings than postage! So if you are in Australia and buy over $75AUD of products, you automatically get free shipping (if you are elsewhere in the world, you need to spend over $100AUD to be eligible for free shipping!)
How Much is Postage Everywhere Else?
Postage is $20 flat-rate across the globe, or free if you aren't in Australia and spend over $100AUD.
What Is Your Turn Around Time?
Generally my items are already in stock, so turn around time is 1-2 business days. If, however, you have ordered a custom design, your turn around time will be significantly longer, and will be quoted to you upon query and ordering.
Delivery time is variable, given COVID restrictions, but domestic orders should arrive within 5-8 business days of dispatch, and 3-4 weeks if ordered from overseas. This is dependent on the delivery service and I cannot control this timeframe.
Is My Order Insured?
Yes! All orders are insured for up to $100 (or more if requested, please advise if you would like a quote), and all packages are sent with tracking, so you will know exactly where your parcel is. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, and should something go missing, you will need to contact Sendle or Australia Post to lodge the lost-parcel form (this is their policy, not mine!)
